Description

Hi,
That's pretty long since you've seen one of my emotes :dummy:

So here is one today :dummy:
Sorry about the background but this shading doesn't fit with light backgrounds ^^;

It's really random, I hadn't any idea of how it will come out, but it was a demonstration about how I do emotes for a french community :> ( #Ter-Aelis )

163 frames, about 1h30 of work (without considering that's a new shading style for darkbackgrounds), and as always, photoshop :>

Hope you like it :dummy:

Other great mirror :dummy: :

I really like this piece, the smooth animation and the great expressions on the emotes help pull it off even more, although when I watched it there was a thing or two that seemed to stick out to me a little.

The first thing was when the emote threw the other guys hands into the pile, it looks great until the emote itself resets. I noticed that they kind of just.. disappear. Maybe if you have the emote throw them into the pile, but make the hands themselves disappear the instant they hit? That way it gives the illusion that they've hit the pile, but they don't leave that noticeable vanishing.

The next thing I found a little awkward was when the emote was actually turning to run away. I found the delay was a bit slow, which in turn made the actual running of the emote seem awkward too. So maybe if you sped up his reaction a little, it'd help the process look a lot more effective. If that makes sense?

Overall I think this is a great emote, with lovely shading and a clever idea. Keep up the great work!
